Mexican Chiapas coffee is a premium Mexico coffee grown in the southern state of Chiapas and distinguished for its light, delicate flavor and rich, brisk acidity with a light to medium body. With rich soils and a warm coastal breeze, it’s an ideal climate and altitude to create perfect conditions for mild, sweet coffee.
